Great game to play in 1st grade. Easy add/subtract skills involved. Even and Odd numbers may need to be taught or written on a white board. (Or skipped). May be best in the 2nd month or later after they have played a couple easier games. Depending on the group’s independence level you may need one volunteer per each group of 4 students. Best to play until all students have crossed to the finish.
***For the sake of time/frustration levels, you may want to skip the rule of the endless loop and let kids continue forward instead.
